The apartments have one bedroom and a study, a large kitchen and generous living space opening onto a balcony or patio. They also feature walk-in wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms.

For your security and safety, all of the homes at Burnside Village have a 24-hour emergency call system and there are staff on-site during business hours. Health professionals visit our communities on a regular basis to see residents in the clinic in the community centre. For your convenience, deliveries of prescription medicines and other healthcare products from the local pharmacy can be arranged.
There is also an expansive range of in-home services that we can help arrange, anything from cleaning, shopping or meal preparation to assistance with appointments and medication management or nursing care.
Neighbourhood
Convenience is a key to the lifestyle here, with Burnside Hub Shopping Centre, which includes a choice of supermarkets, a discount chemist, a medical centre and many other shops and services, right next door.

How safe is it in the community?
In short, very safe. There are measures to keep you healthy and safe including emergency call buttons in every unit and the community centre. . As for security, you’ll be living in a secure gated community with staff working onsite during the week who are happy to be of assistance.
